Milestone Limited Partnership III and Cellco D/B/A Verizon Wireless proposes to build a 150 foot tall telecommunications monopole located at 6309T Bull Run Post Office Road, Centreville, VA 20120. The new monopole holds telecommunications antennas for Verizon Wireless and up to 3 future carriers. At the base of the tower is a 1,250 square foot equipment compound.

Washington Gas Light Company (Washington Gas) proposes to build a 240' self-support telecommunications tower at 6801 Industrial Drive, Springfield, VA 22151. The new tower replaces an existing telecommunications tower on a neighboring parcel. The proposed tower holds telecommunications antennas for Washington Gas, Fairfax County Department of Information Technology and AT&T. At the base of the tower is a 7,140 square foot equipment compound.

Mason June 22, 2017 Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) proposes to construct  a replacement facility for the Baileys Crossroads Community Shelter at 5914 Seminary Road, Falls Church, VA 22041.
2232-D16-37 Dranesville December 7, 2016 Verizon Wireless proposes to co-locate a telecommunications facility on a replacement utility pole at 1451 Chain Bridge Road.  Two antennas are proposed to be located at the top of the utility pole within a stealth canister.
