The Resilient Fairfax Community Advisory Group, or CAG, includes representatives from each of the county’s nine magisterial districts, individuals from boards, authorities, and commissions, and representatives from the environmental, religious, nonprofit, civil rights, residential and business communities. The CAG will review and provide input on key deliverables throughout the planning process, such as an assessment of climate risks and vulnerabilities and climate adaptation and resilience strategies.
The group will meet up to four times between April 2021 and June 2022. Below you will find information on upcoming CAG meetings as well as links to materials and resources directly relevant to the business of the CAG.
The Community Advisory Group will meet periodically to provide input and insight to staff from the Office of Environmental and Energy Coordination, who are primarily responsible for the development of the Climate Adaptation and Resilience Plan.
While these meetings will not be open to the public in real time, video recordings of the meetings will be posted to individual meeting pages linked below. Meeting agendas and other materials will also be posted to these pages for reference by members of the CAG and the public.
