The Resilient Fairfax Infrastructure Advisory Group, or IAG, consists of representatives from relevant county agencies and regional authorities, state agencies, federal agencies, utilities, telecommunication companies, the development community, and entities providing other critical services to Fairfax County residents. The IAG will meet four times (during each of the four major tasks of Resilient Fairfax) to review major plan deliverables to provide technical feedback on infrastructure-related items, and to allow for coordination with utilities, authorities, building industry groups, transportation commissions and authorities, and regional, state, and federal partners.
Below you will find information on upcoming and past IAG meetings as well as links to materials and resources directly relevant to the business of the IAG.
Send your questions or comments on Resilient Fairfax to our staff anytime at ResilientFairfax@fairfaxcounty.gov.
The Infrastructure Advisory Group will meet periodically to provide input and insight to staff from the Office of Environmental and Energy Coordination, who are primarily responsible for the development of the Climate Adaptation and Resilience Plan.
While these meetings will not be open to the public in real time, meeting summaries will be posted to individual meeting pages linked below after the fact. Meeting agendas and other materials will also be posted to these pages for reference by members of the IAG and the public.
