Two Juveniles Charged With Setting Fires

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department fire investigators charged two juveniles with setting multiple fires at 5900 Bayshire Road in the Springfield area on Monday, January 25, 2010.

The juveniles were charged with setting several outside fires (Class 1 Misdemeanor, Virginia Code 18.2-87). They were also charged with larceny and trespassing in connection with the fires.

The fires were set on the tennis courts of the homeowners association. There was no damage to property. There were no injuries.
