property lines have a positional accuracy in most cases between 2 to 40 ft
depending on the source. The planimetric features (building outlines, etc.)
generally have a positional accuracy of 2 to 3 ft. Therefore, the imagery and
parcels may not have exact alignment. Precise determination of parcel
boundaries must be made by a licensed surveyor using the location information
recorded on the property deed on file with the Circuit Court. If development
has occurred since that time, it will not be shown in the imagery.
