 "description": "From 1984-2009, all citizen complaints and associated attributes were recorded in a legacy Access database. The legacy database was then geocoded by Parcel Identification Number to initially create and then update a previous version of this layer. With the implementation of Infor\u2019s\u2019 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system in the Fall of 2009, all new service requests were then sourced from there and geocoded using the Fairfax County Master Address Repository (MAR). The current version of this layer was initiated due to the new asset management system and is a combination of both legacy and current citizen service requests from EAM. Complaint points are classified by complaint type or the problem code assigned when created in the MSMD call center. Locations are essentially parcel centroids for the residence of the citizen caller and may not correspond to the actual problem site or asset.
