Lines of Business Phase II Project Updates - Adult Day Health Center
The goal of the Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Lines of Business (LOB) Phase II Project is to preserve quality, accessible, affordable and sustainable adult day health care services in Fairfax County. As part of the project, a steering committee will explore and evaluate successful models of care, including the current model. An important part of the research includes caregiver feedback and engagement.
Dates for upcoming Family Caregiver meetings and Steering Committee meetings will be posted on this page. Please email Shauna.Severo@fairfaxcounty.gov or call 703-246-8776 if you have questions or comments about project documents or if there is an issue or topic you would like to add to an upcoming steering committee meeting agenda.
