At this meeting, we will work to develop the 2019 -2023 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and plan for our future initiatives in the areas of:

  • Healthy Environment and Active Living
  • Healthy Eating, and
  • Behavioral Health.

Your input will make a difference as we work together to improve the health of our community.
