Fairfax County Rental Program (FCRP)
The Fairfax County Rental Program (FCRP) includes all rental housing property owned by the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority and developed with funds other than public housing funds. The FCRP’s portfolio of homes includes nearly 2,500 homes for families, single persons, seniors, and supportive housing for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.
