This meeting of the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) will be held electronically due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this meeting is for the FCRHA to take action on specified Resolutions.  The meeting comports with continuity in government because it ensures that the FCRHA continues certain essential functions and services including approving project financing, review of contracts/agreements and amendments to key policy documents for potential approval, ensuring the ongoing viability of affordable housing development projects, and taking actions in which time is of the essence.  Failure to take these actions could cause irreparable harm to the programs and services of the FCRHA.

The FCRHA is a separate political body whose members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors and which possesses specific powers granted by state code. The powers of the FCRHA are vested in eleven Commissioners appointed by the County Board of Supervisors. The schedule of FCRHA meetings and Minutes of past meetings are posted online.

The mission of the FCRHA is to initiate and provide opportunities for Fairfax County residents to live in safe, affordable housing and to help develop, preserve, and revitalize communities through fiscally responsible and open processes.
