The Drawing is open to all current First-Time-Homebuyer Certificate of Eligibility holders with Loan Pre-approval amounts sufficient to purchase a unit within the income category designated on their Certificate.
• To apply you must enter a valid T-Code (contained on your Certificate of Eligibility)
• Applications will remain open through April 27, 2021; Remaining Units will then become IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, open to all non-Certificate Holders who qualify
