DEPUTY DIRECTOR

Description:

The Deputy Director serves under the Executive Director as the chief operating and clinical services administrator and oversees delivery of an array of community-based services. Provides operational oversight (personnel and program operational allocations) to balance service capacity needs with funding availability. Leads and oversees development, planning, implementation and evaluation of services and strategic initiatives, as well as workforce development.

 

Minimum
Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in psychology, psychiatry, nursing, clinical social work, or counseling; plus seven years of increasingly responsible managerial and administrative experience in a large behavioral health system in the field of mental health, intellectual disability, or alcohol and drug programs and working with governing/advisory boards.

Requirements:

The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and a credit history check to the satisfaction of the employer, and a TB screening upon hire and annually thereafter. A National Provider Identifier is needed.
