Description:

Exciting opportunity for a leadership position in the largest Community Services Board (CSB) in the state of Virginia. Acts as the "point person" to assist the Community Services Board in developing, improving, and maintaining quality improvement, performance outcomes, and strategic direction. Responsible for partnering with multiple service providers to refine and develop measurable performance standards across multiple levels of care. Takes an agency-wide role in utilizing outcome data and measures to assist with recommending implementation of best practice and evidence-based programmatic changes.

 

Minimum
Qualifications:

Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in fields related to the assigned functional areas; plus five years of professional work experience within the assigned functional areas such as human resources, budgeting and financial management, and contract administration and business management.

Requirements:

The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and credit check to the satisfaction of the employer.

 

Preferred
Qualifications:

Experience working in a large public behavioral healthcare organization. Knowledge of best practices and evidence-based behavioral healthcare models. Experience with implementing quality assurance measures in a behavioral healthcare setting. Knowledge and experience of results-based accountability plans and measures. Master's degree in a human services or related field. Must have the ability to work with others to establish agency-wide systems to analyze complex data, interpret that information, and to implement meaningful changes based on that information. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a requirement.
