Land Development Services (LDS) recently launched a web application showing recent and current Fairfax County Infill Lot Grading (INF) Plan and Conservation (CON) Plan submissions: Infill Lot Grading Plan and Conservation Plan Viewer. This new web application shows locations of new single-family homes planned in Fairfax County. The viewer/map displays all submissions and resubmissions made in the prior six months in each district. In addition, members of the public can also sign up to receive a weekly notification email that lists the INF and CON plans that have been submitted, approved, or disapproved based on magisterial districts during the previous seven days.

Whether seen in the plan viewer application or alerted through the email notice, electronic copies of any plan may be obtained by email.

To sign up for email notifications, visit this link, submit your email address and select the magisterial districts for which you would like to receive notifications.

Plans shown as “approved” in the site viewer have already met all relevant county site and zoning regulations and have been approved for implementation. Other plans are in-progress and not yet approved. Information provided in the new viewer is for public awareness purposes only.
