Did you know that your Fairfax County Public Library (FCPL) card grants you access to hundreds of free videos for children? Kanopy Kids is a collection of educational and entertaining movies, TV series, animated storybooks and other content specifically for children. FCPL users have access to Kanopy and Kanopy Kids as a part of a year-long grant funded pilot program.

All you need to get started is a library card, a valid email address and a device that can access the internet. With Kanopy Kids, parents set up a parental control PIN which limits access to suitable content so kids can browse freely.

To set up your Kanopy Kids account:

• Visit the Kanopy homepage or download the Kanopy app on a mobile device.
• Search and select Fairfax County Public Library as your library.
• Enter your library card number and password used for your online FCPL account.
• Complete the account information form and start watching!
