Find public facilities in your Supervisor District

The Supervisor District Viewer is designed to assist in finding and exploring information about public facilities and electoral and other boundaries within a selected district. Dozens of layers are pre-loaded into the map, and others are available for adding.

Select a district from the drop-down list in the Select a Supervisor District window. This will focus the map on the selected district and display many public facilities, including the supervisor office, government centers, schools, police & fire stations, libraries and community centers. Clicking on these features on the map will display a pop-up window with more information.

Other features may be displayed and explored in the Layer List. Additional layers include: precincts and polling places, congressional, state senate and house of delegates district boundaries, school attendance areas, tax map grid and ZIP codes. Check the box next to layers of interest to display them.

Additional data may be explored & added to the map. Note: all of the layers available via the county’s Open Data site are available for adding to the map.

For more information or assistance, please contact the Fairfax County GIS & Mapping Services office.
