Join the Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) for virtual community conversations on the ActiveFairfax Transportation Plan. Learn about the plan and tell us how you travel and access destinations by biking, walking, rolling (scooter/wheelchair/stroller), hiking, running and riding in and around your local community. FCDOT wants to know what people are currently experiencing or observing as they actively travel and invites public input through and online survey and interactive maps about what improvements people would like to see in the future. Big and small ideas alike are welcome!
Share your ideas at one of the twelve community conversations including nine evening meetings, two lunch & learn opportunities and one meeting in Spanish. The meetings will feature a presentation followed by time for questions, feedback and comments. For residents who cannot attend the meetings in person, a video recording of the event along with the meeting presentation will be available on the ActiveFairfax Transportation Plan webpage.
