USING THE SYSTEM

We are always searching for ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness in which we are able to provide services to the community. Moving to the RECDynamics system allows us to upgrade an antiquated database and registration system while allowing our participants to have the ability to create and manage their membership accounts and – in phase two of the implementation of this system – to easily sign up for classes and activities.

The RECDynamics system also allows for easier access of our registered participants to NCS facilities throughout the county and take advantage of different programming opportunities without having to re-register at every facility. The new badging and check-in capabilities afforded through the RECDynamics software also provide an upgraded security measure which is consistent with our priority of ensuring that NCS facilities provide a safe environment for all.

Currently, our users may add/update household and family member information and view recent transaction information. Some memberships can be purchased and/or renewed online.

Coming Soon:

  • Search/sign-up for classes, programs and activities; view program enrollment; modify/cancel enrollments.

Yes, our system is fully compliant with the latest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and uses modern encryption technology to ensure your credit card transaction is secure. Only NCS Staff have access to the customer information in our system.

You can still use this same card to check in as you have in the past. If you purchase a new membership or lose your card, you can request a replacement card at your local NCS facility.

We are working to resolve the requirement for “Name of School” for adults. Please N/A in the field. This will allow you to move on from that section. School information is required for youth.

Neighborhood and Community Services is committed to ensuring that NCS facilities provide a safe environment for all of our participants. As a security measure, your photo will be taken and connected with your account information. When you scan/check-in at any NCS facility, your picture will allow our staff to be able to identify you as an active member.

Photos will not be physically printed on membership cards or put on display at the center, but will be made visible only to NCS staff through the RECDynamics system.
