Caregiving during normal times is an intense and all-consuming task. During a pandemic, when we have limited contact with all of the people and activities we usually enjoy, it is even more stressful. Caregivers to older adults are welcome to join this virtual support session. You do not need to be affiliated with Adult Day Health Care to join this free event.
