New Merrifield Center Offers Centralized CSB Services

The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB), your link to local services for people with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, has consolidated many of its services into the new Merrifield Center that is now open.

The new building, located at 8221 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive in Fairfax, includes all programs previously offered at the Woodburn Center in Annandale. Many other services for youth and adults have also relocated to the new facility, including the CSB programs formerly located on Democracy Lane (Fairfax), Jermantown Road (Fairfax) and Park Place (Falls Church). The CSB’s Crisis Care program on Woodburn Road will not be moving to Merrifield.

About half of the CSB’s workforce will be located at the Merrifield Center, with the rest of the staff continuing to provide services at other key CSB locations throughout the county.
