A Prebid Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 3,2024,at11:30a.m. at existing shelter at Mount Vernon Woods Park (4014 Fielding Street, Alexandria, VA 22309).The park is adjacent to the library which a site walk will take place following the conference. All bona fide bidders are requested to attend.
