The Fairfax County Park Authority will join in the national celebration of Veterans Day on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020, by offering free admission to the RECenters to those who serve and have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Veterans and active duty military personnel and their families are invited to use the county’s RECenters at no cost on Veterans Day. That includes admission to pools, fitness rooms, gyms and racquetball courts at the county’s nine recreational facilities. It’s the Park Authority’s way of saying “Thank you” for service to our country.
Please bring your military identification to enjoy this complimentary RECenter access. This program is supported through contributions from individual donors and corporate sponsors to the Fairfax County Park Foundation.
Due to COVID-19, occupancy of the pool and fitness room is limited and reservations are required. Reservations for Veterans Day will begin on Nov. 1, 2020. Go to the RECenter website, or call the RECenter to make your reservation.
