Nature’s Colorful Eggs – Hidden Pond Nature Center
Saturday, March 25, from 2 to 3 p.m.
Nature creates lots of colorful eggs this time of year. Learn who will be laying eggs at Hidden Pond this spring and what they look like! This activity is designed for children ages 5 to 7. Dinosaur Egg Hunt – Hidden Oaks Nature Center
Saturday and Sunday, April 1 and 2 (multiple times available)
Stomp over to Hidden Oaks Nature Center to enjoy a dinosaur-themed program and outdoor egg hunt while visiting Dinoland in Nature Playce. This activity is designed for children ages 3 to 8 years. Baskets and Bunnies Egg Hunt - Burke Lake Park
Saturday, April 8, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (register for specific hunt times)
Visit Sunny the Bunny, take a spin on the carousel, enjoy crafts and games, play a round of minigolf and children (ages 1 to 7 years) can participate in one of several egg hunts. Pre-registration is required for an assigned egg hunt time. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Discounted day passes are available up through April 6 and allow access to all activities. Passes without the egg hunt activity are available at lower prices for guests ages 8 and over. Burke Lake Park is located at 7315 Ox Road in Fairfax Station. Easter Egg Hunt – Colvin Run Mill Historic Site
Saturday, April 8 (multiple times available)
Hunt for eggs filled with treats and treasures on the grounds of Colvin Run Mill Historic Site. Separate hunts by age group will be offered. Join in the pre-hunt crafts that you can bring home. Multiple sessions are available between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Enrollment is $8 per child (ages 2 to 9 years old). Colvin Run Mill is located at 10017 Colvin Run Road in Great Falls. Spring EGG-Stravaganza – Lake Fairfax Park
