With a RECenter membership pass you have the opportunity to participate in a variety of land group exercise classes offered as part of the Drop In Group Fitness program. From cycling to step, rowing to high-low aerobics, Drop In Group Fitness offers the best of all worlds.

Working out


Lee District RECenter offers an abundance of beginning classes in movement, tumbling, and swimming. Take time out in our Soft-Play room during our daily Open Times for drop-in fun!


Looking for fitness to be fun? Try out our pool, Fusion Cycle SPIN, Strength Training and Yoga classes. What better way to find your fitness niche in life than to try it all! Ages 12 and older can use the Fitness Room after an orientation. Ages 13 and older can attend any of our group exercise classes.


We offer more than 40 Drop In Group Fitness classes (more value for your membership) and variety of registered aerobic and mind/body classes for all fitness levels. Become a member, or sample our programs “a la carte” with the registered classes. Some of the favorites? Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Body Pump, Cycle FLOW, and many more!


Morning hours are ‘senior times’ in the water and on land! Look for specially designated classes to meet your special needs both on our Drop-In Group Fitness schedule and with registered senior exercise programs.


Spinning Our fitness professionals are always ready to help you plan your fitness routine!

If you're looking for help in that constant struggle for weight control, check out our weight room! A half-hour workout on our Cybex VR2 weight machines will burn 225 to 300 calories. "Very good," you say. But wait—there's more.

Our cardiovascular machines, which include treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes, offer something for everyone. Lee District RECenter has a variety of Cybex strength training machines and free weight equipment that offers diverse methods for achieving healthy levels of strength training.

During your workouts, when questions arise, we have experienced and knowledgeable staff to help give the answers you need.

For further individualized programs, personal training is also available. (Trainers not employed by FCPA are prohibited from teaching in our facility.)

In addition to its fitness center, Lee District also has an indoor track, gymnasium, racquetball courts and an Olympic-size pool to help you stay fit.

Teens, 13 - 15 years old, may use the fitness center and equipment when accompanied by an adult. After completion of a teen weight training class, no supervision is required.
