(5-Adult) The voices and stories of the enslaved men and women who labored in Virginia’s 18th century kitchens are often hidden in their recipes and oral history. Their legacy is found in the lasting presence of African-American foodways in American cuisine. The program at Sully Historic Site runs from noon to 2 p.m. The cost is $8 per person.
