Online payments can be made by following the link below for applications and zoning permits that cannot be paid online through the County’s FIDO platform or through the County’s new Planning Land Use System (PLUS). This payment option, available through the County’s online payment system, Velocity, provides an easy way to pay for applications and permits, without having to mail or drop off paper checks at the Herrity Building Drop Box.
Please note: Only ACH check payments (personal or corporate) are accepted thru the online payment system. Credit card payments are not accepted at this time.
If you are submitting one of these land use application/permit types, please include a copy of the online payment receipt with your application/permit. We cannot process your application without the appropriate fee. The fee schedule for most fees is listed in Section 8102 of the Zoning Ordinance.
