COVID-19 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Other Emergency Needs
UPDATE: Fairfax County conducted a formal solicitation for PPE and PPE solutions which closed August 6th. Information below, while separate from the solicitation process, will continue to be collected until stable sources of supply can be obtained.
Widespread supply chain disruption has forced the County to expand beyond existing suppliers. Staff within the Department of Procurement and Material Management (DPMM) are working to identify new sources of supply for PPE and other emergency requirements. To speed up the emergency sourcing process, we ask that suppliers with available PPE and related emergency goods/services provide our sourcing experts with information via the link below.
We are NOT accepting phone solicitations at this time, however all leads provided via the link below are greatly appreciated.
For any questions about how to complete the form, contact us via email or call 703-324-3201 (TTY 711).

DPMM continues to post solicitations on an ongoing basis. Such solicitations may include goods/services related to the County's Covid-19 response. Current solicitations are posted on DPMM's website as well as on eVA, the State's procurement portal. All prospective suppliers are encouraged to register on eVA to receive automatic notifications of solicitations relevant to them.
