Rocky Run Tributary at Dulles Access Road (DF9121)

  • Scope – This project consists of restoration of approximately 1,200 feet of the segment of Rocky Run between the Dulles Access Rd. and Lewinsville Rd. in McLean, VA. in the Dranesville District of Fairfax County. The proposed stream restoration work shall comply with Natural Channel Design (NCD) standards for the following structure installations, but not limited to these structures: in-stream structures (rock and log vanes, log sills, reinforced bed mix), log bulkhead, and the stabilization of stream channel bed and banks and native landscaping. Work also includes concrete channel, apron, and maintenance access road extension. Construction stake-out is the Contractor’s responsibility.
