Please join Fairfax County’s Solid Waste Management Program in thanking all the hard-working waste and recycling workers in the county.

June 12 - 18, 2022 is National Waste and Recycling Workers Week. We encourage all Fairfax County residents and businesses to show their support for the front-line workers who have helped us throughout COVID and provide daily collection service year around.

Last year several neighborhoods in the County expressed their thanks by creating and sharing “Thank You” posters and other encouraging messages to share with the collection crews and on social media, including our Facebook page.

We’re asking you to do the same this year.
