Project Description

The maintenance project will include necessary repairs to the existing Circle Woods Sec 3 (0217DP) detention pond dam, replacement of the pond’s control structure, removal of sediment and other facility repairs/improvements. Piping conditions have been observed through the dam from extensive tree root structure in the embankment which was the main catalyst for the project. Trees and root structure will be removed from the dam embankment. The work will also include improved conveyance and outfall across the East Blake Lane Trail.
