Save 50% on Capital Bikeshare Membership

Capital Bikeshare PhotoFairfax County residents can save 50% off their Annual Capital Bikeshare Membership. Annual members can take an unlimited number of free, 30-minute trips anywhere in the bikeshare system, including Washington, D.C., the City of Alexandria, Arlington, Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties. Simply fill out the form and the Bike Fairfax team will respond with your promotional code.

  • Offer valid for new Capital Bikeshare memberships only.
  • Members must be residents of Fairfax County.
  • Discount good through July 31, 2018, or while supplies last.

The Bike Fairfax Team also has a limited number of “One Free Ride” coupons for riders who would like to try Bikeshare for a 30 minute trip. Trips can be redeemed anywhere in the Capital Bikeshare system. To request a free ride code, email your request to bikefairfax@fairfaxcounty.gov.

An additional benefit for Bikeshare members is saving through Pedal Perks, which offers discounts at local retailers, restaurants, gyms, entertainment and attractions – from pet sitting and food delivery to Washington Nationals tickets and yoga.

Capital Bikeshare is a public transportation systems that offers a convenient alternative to driving. With dozens of locations near business and residential centers in Reston and Tysons, bicycling can help commuters get to work, connect riders from Metro and Connector to destinations, and provide a healthy option for lunch runs and errands.

Fairfax County launched Capital Bikeshare in October 2016 and has plans to expand its locations throughout Fairfax County in the future.
