Watch Your Community, You're Connected: Successful Board Meetings – From Beginning to End


Are your board meetings unproductive, disorganized, and too long?  What steps can the board of directors take to avoid dysfunction in the board room?  What role do the members play during the board meeting? Tune to Fairfax County Government Channel 16 on Monday at 8 pm and Tuesday at 8 am for Your Community, You’re Connected:  Successful Board Meetings – From Beginning to End.               

In the first half of the show, Michelle L. Thompson of the Fairfax County Consumer Affairs Branch; Marla Diaz, Attorney with the law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP; and Betsy Johns, CFO and Partner of National Realty Partners, LLC engage in an informative discussion on how to ensure successful board meetings.  In the second part of the program, they address a variety of homeowner and community association concerns in the Open Forum segment.
