Watch Your Community, You're Connected: Architectural Covenants and Compliance


What are some best practices for managing violations of architectural guidelines?  How does a potential buyer find out about the architectural restrictions in a community?  What are the pros and cons of hiring an outside contractor to do architectural inspections? Tune to Fairfax County Government Channel 16 on Monday at 8pm and Tuesday at 8am for  Your Community, You’re Connected: Architectural Covenants and Compliance.

During the first part of the show, Michelle L. Thompson of the Fairfax County Consumer Affairs Branch; Aimee T. H. Kessler, Attorney with the law firm of Segan, Mason & Mason, P.C.; and Ronda DeSplinter, General Manager of Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation discuss this important topic and its impact on all who live in, and work with, community associations.  The second half of the program is the COMMUNITY FORUM, featuring discussion of any topic related to homeowner and condominium association concerns.
