The Fairfax County Park Authority will soon begin Phase 1 of the renovation at Mount Vernon Woods Park. The Phase 1 contractor, DeBorn Construction, will mobilize on site with active construction activities beginning in June 2024. Residents should expect occassional traffic along Fielding Street. Weather pending, Phase 1 construction is expected to conclude by early 2025.
