snippet: The primary purpose of the sidewalk centerlines is to depict the centerline of sidewalks. Having the centerlines allows us to understand connectivity of the sidewalks with regard to the major and minor transportation features. The data also contains a width attribute which can be used to create polygon features for use in identifying impervious surface.
