Description: This is a GIS point dataset composed of service request locations within Fairfax County, VA that were received by the Maintenance and Stormwater Management Division (MSMD) from 1984 to the present. All citizen service requests and associated attributes were initially recorded in an Access database and were then geocoded by Parcel Identification Number (PIN) and (or) Master Address Repository (MAR) listings. Complaint points are classified by complaint type and are located at the centroid of each associated parcel polygon.
