September is Fairfax Prepares Month and on Fairfax Prepares we will look at the emergency management plan for Fairfax County. We will hear from experts in the county who will talk about the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.  These experts will talk about what the county is doing and what residents can do to prepare for the unexpected.
