Hours of Operation:
- Lake Fairfax Park grounds are open every day from dawn to dusk
- When bad weather strikes, the park may need to alter the normal operating schedule. Call the office to determine the status during inclement weather.

- Monday - Thursday: 10am-4pm
- Friday - Sunday: 10am-6pm
Soccer Fields 1 and 4 have been converted into synthetic turf and are now open. For reservations and questions, please contact the Athletic Services Division at 703-324-5533 or 703-324-5522, TTY 703-222-9693, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or e-mail us.
Lake Fairfax Park's 476 acres feature:
An 18-acre lake, The Water Mine - an outdoor swimming pool enveloped by a lazy river; seasonal fishing, campgrounds, picnic areas, trails, party areas, a carousel, and playground. Nominal fees are charged for the Water Mine, carousel, boating, and camping. Swimming and windsurfing are prohibited in the lake.
