The fitness rooms at your neighborhood RECenters have everything you need to give yourself a lift towards better health including cardiovascular machines like treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, Cybex equipment and free weights. The Cybex equipment at the RECenters is equipped with FitLinxx, a virtual training partner that can help guide you through your workouts. Check with the fitness coordinator at your RECenter for information on how to get started.
You'll find fitness staff at each RECenter to help you with your needs. We have personal trainers to help you meet your individual fitness goals and fitness attendants to help you with the equipment or set you up on a FitLinxx program.

Exercising with a personal trainer will give you individualized attention and a customized exercise program designed specifically for you. Personal training is offered at Cub Run, Oak Marr, Lee District, Mt. Vernon, Audrey Moore, Providence, South Run and Spring Hill RECenters. All the personal trainers at your neighborhood RECenters are certified to guide you on proper form and exercise technique for a safe and efficient workout. RECenters are conveniently located. They start early, close late, and are open seven days a week. There is an admission charge to all RECenters. Proof of Fairfax County residency entitles visitors to a discounted admission rate.
