Join us for Everyday Yoga for Mature Living taught by Lucy Gerland, a certified yoga instructor and caregiver specialist with the Fairfax Area Agency on Aging. This three part series of half hour programs is designed for mature adults. Part 1 focuses on yoga for the entire body. Part 2 includes specific exercises for the eyes and 'laughter yoga' for the lungs and spirit. Part 3 includes participants with various abilities to demonstrate exercise modifications.These programs are ideal for mature adults with moderate to limited mobility who are ready to experience renewed flexibility and strength.
