Need to apply for a permit?  Have a complaint?  On October 21, 2022, Fairfax County launched a new and modern online system, called PLUS, a one-stop online portal uniting multiple agency applications into one customer service platform.   PLUS allows customers to create and submit applications online, pay fees, track application status and receive electronic notifications.
