16AF: Volunteer Fairfax: Valentine's Challenge

Volunteer Fairfax hosts their annual Valentine's Challenge to spread messages of hope, cheer and appreciation to others. This year, they donated nearly seven thousand valentine cards, made by 850 volunteers, to Fairfax County Public Schools teachers.
