The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority, SCG Development, members of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, and project partners gathered on May 17, 2023, to celebrate the grand opening of Ovation at Arrowbrook in Herndon, Virginia.  This new 274-unit community, serving households at 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income level, is located about a mile from the Innovation Metro Station, connecting residents to employment and commercial centers throughout the area.
