The Elly Doyle Park Services Awards recognize those who have made outstanding contributions for the advancement of recreational and educational opportunities in Fairfax County.  The Elly Doyle Awards honor Ellamae “Elly” Doyle’s many years of service and accomplishment as a member and chair of the Park Authority Board.  Meet this year’s Special Recognition honoree, Patrick Evans, a volunteer at Twin Lakes Golf Course.
