The Elly Doyle Park Services Awards recognize those who have made outstanding contributions for the advancement of recreational and educational opportunities in Fairfax County.  Meet this year's Youth honoree, the Hiking Heroes, an entirely student-run organization that strives to protect the environment through hiking, media outreach, and invasive species containment.
