McConnell Public Safety and Transportation Operations Center (MPSTOC) is a partnership between the Commonwealth of Virginia and Fairfax County.  This secured facility allows county and state 911, police, fire, transportation and emergency management agencies to collaborate and work more effectively and efficiently.
