The Northern Virginia Regional Utilization Group functions as a subcommittee of the Regional Management Group (RMG) to review utilization trends; collaborate in the establishment and implementation of regional protocols and programs; and provide a forum for collaboration between the CSBs within Region 2 to address acute care issues. Representatives include CSB Emergency Managers and Aftercare Managers, as well as staff from the Child and Youth program, NVMHI, and the Regional Office. Quarterly meetings include DBHDS, Hospital Partners, and CSUs.
