Mold, Mildew and Fungi From Flooding

If you are a renter and have a problem in your rental unit involving leaking water or flooding, please talk to your landlord or apartment management company about the issue first. If the problem cannot be resolved in a reasonable amount of time, contact the Fairfax County Department of Code Compliance at 703-324-1300 TTY 711 or go to the Code Compliance website.
