The Fairfax County Office of Human Rights & Equity Programs (OHREP) will continue to receive and investigate complaints of discrimination under the Fairfax County Human Rights Ordinance of 1974 and applicable federal and state laws.

OHREP is no longer accepting walk-in visits. In-person intake appointments are currently being conducted via telephone or teleconference until further notice.
