• Parents are responsible for set up and clean up, including sealing trash bags and returning furniture to its original place.
• Refunds: For cancellations made at least three weeks before the party date, a full refund will be issued minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued within three weeks of the party date. Full refunds are given due to inclement weather.
