Staff will lead your party to our barn classroom where there will be 2-3 animals for your group to meet, pet and learn about. Activity time is 30 minutes, including time to wash hands.
Staff will lead your party on a tractor-pulled wagon ride throughout the park, making a stop or two to talk about the park, the farm and the animals who live here.
Staff will lead your party to our historic carousel and give your group a 3-minute ride.
Staff will bring pots, soil, markers, stickers and seeds to your party area or another open area of the farm and lead the group through a planting activity. Children will design a pot, add their own, plant a seed, water it and take it home. Staff will explain how plants grow best and tie this to what the farmers do on the farm for their crops.
